Anyone know anything about a Carrier Transicold EM-1?
Blows very good but no cold air. Same for drive a/c... no cold air.

It’s likely all one system, and it sounds like there’s no Freon or the compressor isn’t running. You should be able to tell if the compressor is engaging by listening to it up close while someone turns the A/C on. If it’s working, check system pressure. If no pressure, draw a vacuum on the system and see if it holds.. if not, start looking for leaks. There are dyes you can add to help.

transicold EM-1 and driver A/C, let us know what your bus is.. I can assume its a van chassis front end with a dashboard A/C and the EM-1 is a rear unit?

if this is the case Fatboy is right its all one A/C system with front and rear units..

Freon is the most likely cuplrit as the compressor is designed not to engage with low pressure..

if you arent familiar with testing pressure on an A/C you may want to have someone look at it for you..

those indeed are generally Tie-In systems where there is one system and 2 units.. a dashboard and a rear unit..

the easiest first test would be if you have access to a test gauge you can snap it on and see if you have any pressure
