Any clue what these are? (Goshen build)

So, I have a 2008 Goshen c4500 shuttle bus that we are nearly through demo on and I am hoping somebody know what these things are?

Two black plastic boxes on the exterior that are receiving power of some form from the interior. I have taken them off and they are sealed units save for the cable input.... ideally I would like to cut the cables going to them but would like to understand what they actually are before I do that!

Thanks!
Jesse

Either back up buzzer or , or close proximity sensor to keep you from backing into stuff.
I'd leave them.

Other could be wheelchair ramp warning beeper. Or just a second alarm.
