Bluebird Mini-Bird

Hello all,

I'm just getting started on the conversion of my Mini-Bird and after removing the wheelchair lift I seem to have caused an electrical problem with the bus.

-The first time I tried to start the bus I turned the key over to warm up the glow plugs, which cycled just fine.

-Once I tried to start the bus, BAM! everything went dead and has been since then.

Any suggestions on where to look to fix the problem?

Check to make sure you didn't disconnect any door switches. Some buses have an ignition cutoff if you lock the door before you start the bus. Door must be unlocked to start the bus. Some not all.
