The fiberglass fenders i purchessd threw advanced fiber... but their customer service is garbage. If they tell you 1 month for them to be ready they really mean 2 months.... but i love mine, they were expensive but it will tie in the overall project very nicely when im done.
The up pipes were not the cheap ebay ones, they were the bellowed up pipes..... But honestly a waste of money if anything just have someone sand blast & ceramic coat the ones you have unless their cracked. The best thing you can do in that area is just remove the exhaust back pressure valve.
Cheers,....

glad to see you back, and wit ha lady who apparently approves of the bus! thats a win-win.

hey! since you are back here and i know you are much more turbo-educated than I.. does adding a wickedwheel2 to a GTP38R that has both a 1.0 compressor and turbine do any good? my bus has what is likely close to the "van turbo" which is a non wastegate GTP38R.. i'd like to see my boost come on a little more at lower RPMs to help with EGTs when the trans goes to a hiugher gear earlier.. I have mitigated the issue some by raising the shift points under heavier throttle so i shift later.. and maybe im over-sensitive on EGTs as they hit 1200 at times under load..

I get good boost in my high RPM range.. im pushing 21-22 lbs at 2500 RPM. and my EGTs tend to stay right at 1200 or so which doesnt bother me as they arent on the rise.. esp since im only likely to run that kind of scenerio for short times climbing a hill.. but I do have new injectors to install (15%)which means im going to be burning more fuel at some point if I allow the computer to do it..

interested in your opinions..

oh yeah.. engine is the Navistar 7.3 (T-444E)..

cadillackid- thanks bud.. your turbo is the same as mine the only differance is yours is a ball bearing turbo. So i would not recommend you diy it. A whicked wheel is an excelent upgrade. Along side the compressor housing port you will not be disapointed. It had alot of tourque & got up to speed insainly easy., truth be told i kinda miss my smaller wicked wheel. The new larger 67mm wheel is nice but its less tourqe more upper. Egt jumps quick to 13-14 But thats cause i like to really get intouch with it. I have not taken it out on the mt. Trails but anxious to see how it does towing up a mt. Still fighting to get it smoged & registered...

I was thinking a 62mm wheel is the right one to use? you are using a 67?

good to know on the BB turbo.. maybe i'll just send it out to have it rebuilt. if I port the compressor do I need a different size Tube?

the 62 is im thinking the best option for me.. im looking to get more boost in the earlier stages.. up high im pulling 21-23. which is pretty high for a T-444E.. if you use a Wastegated turbo, navistar opens the valve at 19 to start...

inlet tube.. I still use my same inlet tube? im not sure if you were talking just porting the existing compressor or completely changing the housing..

if you werent across the country from me.. id just send my turbo to you and your shop to be worked lol

cadillackid just port the existing compressor housing.
Unfortunelty our shop dosent do ball bearing turbos cause they are such a pain in the ass to work on.

The butter would get to me long before the cannabis.

My friend is a drinker, not really a pot head. But, long story short, got given a small plant that he put in the back yard garden and ended up growing a 10' ball of buds. Sold some to me when I was up there last year. But he's not a dealer at all and doesn't want to be. Since that was so productive he has gotten into growing a couple plants a year. This plate is this years harvest, all of it
Well almost all of it, he put some aside for when I go back in Sept. with the bus. How much weed does it take to make 4lbs of heavy canabutter?
