Corked our bus added flatbed

Finally got the flatbed put on our cut-off bus. Still trying to figure out the fenders. Any ideas or suggestions would be great! Also added rolled cork to the bus ceiling as the first layer of insulation. There was a huge difference in the temperature of the ceiling between the cork and bare metal. Next is the pink foam board. Walls are on hold while we continue to chase window leaks! We just found out that the leaks are coming from the seal between the glass and frame and not the frame and the bus! Glad we only have 6 windows to worry about.

are you able to build a frame & just bend sheet metal over the wheel well.? weld it down unless you dont have access to fabrication tools.? if that was mine i would turn it into a hang out deck, put a awning that covers a bbq. a beer keg inside with a tap on the outside a stereo followed by a nice shiny pole in the center but hey thats just me. nice bus tho

Curious why the cork board AND pink panther's foam board?
Trying to get the insulation flush with the ribs?
