I was wondering what "bumbers" were.

I will be, but I'm not there yet.

A nice big custom aluminum cow catcher is going up front of my TC2000.

Rear will be steel, with a integrated wheel lift for towing my 2003 Dodge 3/4 ton, 5.9 Cummins, or my little Honda depending on how far we are going.

Like Nat...I am just in the design stage too. My front will be stock but the rear will be a short deck to house my genny that drops down to form a 5' deck when parked. I'll also rig a lift to help store a spare tire below. I do have the frame mounts attached but will wait a while to build the rest simply because the space I'm working in is so doggone tight. I have bought and cut another front bumper I'll use as part of the rear but will need to widen it about 2 feet.

Have to mention that I recently saw an old photo of a big 1940's Chevy COE wrecker that looked seriously cool. They had stacked three identical stock bumpers up, one above the other. It looked like an Armco barrier coming at you!
