Framing rear kickouts

Im trying to figure out how to frame and cover the rear kickouts of my 2010 girardin g5. The side im working on now will have a 32x32 shower pan against the corner at the bottom and im hoping to push a diy composting toilet in as far back as itll go against the window. Does anyone have a similar body style bus? What did you do? The easy way would to run a wall up along the steel framing but every inch matters and id love 4-6 doing that.

This is what I did. I built a 2by4 wall for my shower pan enclosure and I have a cartridge toilet sitting in it. You could use 2 by 2 or even steel tubing for the wall. I just usually store boxes in it while driving so the toilet doesn't move around. It really is a good place for storage while driving.
