Getting my 1994 Thomas International started

Hey guys!
Hopefully you guys can help, after getting halfway through our conversion, we can't get our bus started. We went to Auto Zone and got the batteries charged, so I don't think thats the issue. We think it may have something to do with the wiring to either the back or front door, but none of the other forums have helped.

Anyone have any suggestions??

More info, please. Is it cranking and not firing, or is it not cranking? If cranking slowly, that would be batteries (weak cells can make a big difference). If it is not cranking, that depends on whether you hear clicking. Also would help to know which engine.

Cheese Wagon is right, first need to know that if the bus cranking or not(or cranking too slow), not sure older version international bus if has engine light came out, if it does, you can let us know the code, IDM relay is common problem for international buses, they are not good at electric How it happened? is it shut down when you driving or you park the bus, it doesnot start the other day when you want to drive?
