Goshen doghouse controls?

I have an 01 e-450 by goshen and I’m not sure what all these controls mounted on the doghouse are doing. Does anyone know?

Thanks!!

Did you turn them on ? Did either of the indicator lights illuminate?

Did you turn them on with the engine running and hear the a/c pumps start spinning?
From what you can barely discern written my guess is it is for aftermarket a/c and the 2 knobs to the left are the fan controls.

Who knows, maybe it is the self destruct switch...

That thing on the right looks like an AC control. Pretty sure it says "KEEP ON FOR AC."

I wonder if that box on the left (with the Ford logo) is an idle control system of some sort?
The button on the right would turn it on/off, and the buttons on the left let you set/hold the idle speed. (This is just a guess, but I think you'd need a high idle if you want the rear AC to actually do anything when sitting.)
