Depends, but I would say so. Some, if not most of these were on Workhorse chassis instead of the regular van chassis, so the mounting points and frame rail spacing could be different. However, I'm not sure Workhorse was still in business by 2013. You can try calling a GM dealer parts dept with your VIN and find out what your chassis is, probably depends on the GVWR.

I recommend posting on a different board if you intend to tow with a the Vette.

You can also get under the shuttle get some measurements and ask the folks at etrailer.com. They are very helpful. You may as well search their website for keywords to see if someone has asked the same question as yours.

Probably not.
Typically the frame rails get "extended" by the bus manufacturer, changing the van mount configurations.

I had to fab mounting brackets to adapt a van hitch to mine.

YMMV.
Good luck...

no a standard off the shelf hitch will not work.
my 04 3500 was extended from the factory and the mounting holes are not there.
i am in the planning stage of building my own and or building a whole new rear bumper?
if you read the ETRAILER literature it specifically say not for cut away chassis.

You are absolutely right. They offer nothing standard of the shelf, but do have some multi-fit hitches that will require either the 7 inch drop or the 16 inch brackets.
Here's 1 example of many: https://www.etrailer.com/question-137567.html
