Its had several owners. The best maintenance was done at the school district. Its been hastily and half-assedly converted, imo.
I see a $1500 bus. I think their price is silly.

MY 2 scents.....The 1st one may have been 1/2 a$$ed on their work, but if you are looking to get in quick, there HAS been some done. If it works for you, offer them a little lower than you are willing to pay. Balls in their court....
Maybe they counter with something you can live with. If not.....move on.
