More Progress... CABINETS!!
We had a good weekend and were able to start fitting some of our new cabinets into place. It was hard for me to hack on $300 worth of cabinets to make them fit around the heater, propane locker and wheel well but I think they will turn out nicely.
The cabinets over the big window are 6' total Two 36" by 12" tall cabinets.
The bathroom cabinet is 21" wide
The kitchen base cabinets are 7' long and the kitchen cabinet above is 36" cabinet. I will also be modifying a door and making a cabinet above the range hood.
The range hood vent is now installed.

So far it's been really good. I've only used it as portable hung up outside. When the bus is complete, it will mount next to my stove top and vent out of the range hood even though it is "ventless".
As far as outdoor showers we've used it for, it has been amazing. Last year when camping my whole extended family used our portable pop up shower because the hot water is pretty consistent and never runs out!!

How wide is your bathroom in total? And what kind of toilet situation do you have in there?

It is right at 22" width at the narrowest part which is below where the tin is at. I wanted to keep it wide enough for my shoulders so it's about 23" a little higher up on the wall. From rear of toilet to where the wall will be about 40". I installed a 24" pocket door.
The toilet isn't set yet. I just had it sitting in the location for the pictures. It is a Dometic 320. I got it on sale from camping world. That model is an RV toilet but has porcelain bowl that is residential height and has a full size residential seat. In my opinion it will be well the extra money not to be squatted down low on a plastic RV throne...

More interior work
I've made some more progress... I feel like I keep gaining an inch at a time.
I finally decided on a location for the exterior shower box, City water connection, and water tank fill hatch. I used Rope caulk around each one then used the same 1" self tapping counter sink screws I used to mount the heater as well as fridge vents earlier in the build.
I also made some mounts for my range top to go into as well as a built in knife block at the rear of the range. My knife slots did not turn out as well as I hoped...
I took a picture of the range vent box I installed in case anyone is looking for a good quality one. The first one I ordered from Amazon (a different brand) arrived broken. So then I ordered this one. It seems to be high quality. It has a piece that snaps on the outside and it can also be locked closed for transport and/or storage.

No worries this thread is getting long since I'm talking forever on this build! Lol
We used the tankless water heater last year for out door showers and it worked great!!! I do not have it installed inside the bus yet.
The photo is from last June (2019) at Skiatook Lake in Oklahoma...

The black and gray water tanks are 27 gallon I ordered from RecPro.
The 21 gal freshwater tank was dropped and the end busted out. So I'm going with a smaller 13 gallon tank. It will be coming from Amazon when my wife gets it ordered. It will fit in my location better.
