I am not familiar with the the propane system showed in your pictures so what I have to say may not be helpful at all. Back in the day I ran propane on several pickups and I experienced the symptoms you described several times. When I experienced those symptoms it was always because the propane was freezing up the distribution system. The propane comes out of the tank very cold and can freeze up the delivery system. They usually have some sort of heating on the distribution system. In my case it was hot coolant that circulated through the important parts that heated them so they would not freeze up. In your case it could be coolant or some sort of electric heating. My best guess would be to look for some sort heating system that is not working properly.

One random thought while I'm driving down the road:* the previous owner said it was making a "clicking"(cycling?) noise coming the passenger side, sort of by the glove box shortly before it quit and died. I noticed it making that same noise shortly before it quit on me.* My best description is it sounded like a relay clicking on and off.*
