Removed the Drip Guard above the windows. There were many spots where water was leaking directly to the windows.


Although the windows sealant looked OK, the trim between the window was nothing but an open water collector. I'm gonna call it 'Rain Pocket'.


We covered the Rain Pockets with putty tape (just a test), then we tested with the garden hose. The leaks from the windows were so minimal that we could hardly see them.
