Got the main part of the other bench/bed together. Got some trim work/beautification to do BUT it works. Basically a slat slide out with plywood instead of a lot of slats.

It's so funny watching your build because ours is following a very similar plan...Blue exterior with a sky blue interior, a second seat up front, pallet wood everywhere.

I put a full size bed in the back of my bus and then put a jackknifed sofa like that out of my old van and turned it sideways along the windows. Works great for a couch and easily pulls into a bed when needed. I'm going to collect more of them if I can. Conversion vans are getting hard to find. Ford econoline has been discontinued

Another shelf built with whatever I had laying around. Some chain that I welded together in an arc with the hook underneath. A big gate hinge and a short length of chain and a fog light mount in the middle and a small gate hinge at the far end. It seems the depth, about 12" is good to keep us from whacking our heads.

Upgraded original 12v lights to LED. Bought the kit with adapters from Camping World for $17 each...I think you can get them on Amazon for less.

Back of the couch swings up, attach the chains/cables/straps, slide over the plywood. Bam. Bunk bed.
Work almost done with the bunk bed. Need to add a board, screw down one piece of plywood then hinge another, and put the eyelets on the ceiling.
