Rear end ratio change?

Greetings Skoolies! I have a short 2007 International BE200 with a big 365 turbo diesel. The rear axle is 5.13 to 1. I'd like to drop that to about 4.6 or so for better rpm at highway speeds and increased fuel mileage. A friend found a 2 speed "pig" that is 4.63 and 3.9 ratio. Has anyone tried something close to this? Blessings, and safe travel!

What transmision? You should be able to get 6th gear unlocked assuming it is a 2000 or 3000 series Allison, for better highway rpms.

The two speed is nice though gives more chioces. Have one in the old International.
