Repurposed adventures
Well I found this one. A 2002 gmc savanna diesel. 5 window. Stepping it off I get 21’ bumper to bumper. And FYI a extended cab long bed f350 steps off 20’
I picked it up local and shows 171k. Needs a front tire or rotation of tires.
This will be a low cost build. And I will be repurposing what I can from the farm.
I’ll be going king bed and stove and oven with frig and composting toilet. I’ll have a shower inside and outside. I will install solar as well .
The last build l did was a 76 Shovel foot and jockey shift.
A larger project by far. And will be doing upgrades as time goes by I’m sure.
I would like to just sell the farm and everything else. And enjoy life. However as many of us know. Sometimes we have to take others into account.
Been looking forward to doing this. And if I enjoy it like I believe. Then I will look for a 8 window with a 5 speed and a 5.9 . Only time will tell.
Bottom pic is ( not this one but the same) what we will use for a shower tub. It is 36” dia so should work great.
It will store under the bed when not in use.
Now I need to remove some seats. Looks like the air impact and a angle grinder. For a start
