All I see on Fb and CL are $700 used ones, and that's when there are any.

Haven't heard anything back on the ad. Those must have been pounced on immediately.

Yesterday the owner of a restaurant in Philly pulled a gun on a passerby, who was committing the incredibly violent, dangerous crime of ... telling patrons of the restaurant they should be wearing masks.

things are going along like nothing's wrong here, sadly.

Hoping to keep getting little bits of stuff done on the bus as I sit here. But money's TIGHT these days.

had someone call me a "liberal hippie brainwashed by coronahoax".. I was parked in my bus in a city park woth the windows open working on a server sipping an ice tea from a local coffee house.. got out to use a contactless restroom and put my mask on and hand sanitizing wipes..

"living in a bus gaming the system! on my dime!!"

I replied..

'actually its my Mobile office, im a business owner, I can work anywhereand everywhere.. im not duped by any hoax im just doing easy things that could even help me not get the flu'..

he started to say something but by then I started up the Diesel engine and set it to high idle.. he left, i shut my engine off and got back to fighting the latest VMware Vcenter updates.. Jamming to Techno

Local counties and many more businesses are going mask required now indoors or if you are outdoors and cant distance..

ive noticed better masking now in the last few days even in plaxces that dont require.. now that people have had to make the effort to obtain and carry their masks they seem to be wearing them more.. of course theres a few who dont but its definitely getting better at least around the city and the suburbs.

with the heatwave going on, discussions amongst my HVAC forums and peers are a bit concerning as facility managers more and more are "nailing shut" the outside air intakes to their building A/C systems.. this violates city and state code which requires at least 5% fresh air intake.. and 10% us recommended for quicker air changes in buildings.. we are exceeding the " design temp and humidity" during the heat wave so buildings arent staying cool..

in central ohio you design for 95f with a dewpoiint of 65 outside and ability to maintain a dewpiint in the low 50s inside.. at a temperature of 75. our outside temps are hitting 95-98 and the dewpoint is 70-73.. this the goal for A/C that is in perfect working order and perfectly charged, cleaned, etc..

with us having had several fairly nild summers the last few years, a lot of A/C is not in tip top condition..

shutting off the outside air lets a system cool and dehumidify better, however it recirculates the inside air over and over and doesnt swap it out.. this is partcularly a concern in buildings where you have a high turnover of people.. restaraunts, bars, offices, stores, movie houses...

the city busses are still load and exit only from the rear.. the bus drivers were encouraged to always have a window open in the bus, however they are not doing so now as its hot inside when they do..

If you need cash, you need cash.....no way around that. With your buying skillz, I've no doubt you'll find another bargain when you're ready.

High headroom, low mileage, lifted, 80 mph, seats already out, no rust shorty? I'd bet you could get $5-6k out of it.

Major life problems and shitty circumstances have me over a barrel and I'm probably going to be taking some fresh pics and listing this on FB later today or this week.
