On a tangentially related note, if anyone in Ontario is looking for a similar one (though in poorer shape) there is one for sale in an RV park around Massey.

thanks- yeah they are pretty cool old coaches.
Oh wow- I'd love to see what that one look like!
I kinda figured this one was maybe the roughest around.
I think it will clean up pretty nice, but man theres a LOT of filth! I think the ceilings are going to be totally replaced and I'll probably end up going into some walls just to check stuff out... we'll see.
The main focus is getting all the basic rv systems up and running 100% and I'm going to get someone who knows what they're doing to come do a thorough check up on the entire propane system.
The wiring and electrical and apparently kind flaky so I'll definitely be farming out most of that work.
the neighbor is bringing over his diesel powered industrial power washer and we're going to clean and steam clean the whole thing when we get the time. Then we're going to aggressively start cleaning out the entirety of the inside.
Getting the ac units replaced is high on my priority list. I really want to retain the basic factory setup with the 3 basement ac units. Dometic sells replacement units and I've got access to a small tractor with a fork attachment.
I feel like once I get this project moving and throw some $$ at the worst stuff I can't/won't do then its going to be awesome.
I guess I feel better rebuilding a coach than converting one. Probably a very similar amount of time and money when all said and done though.
