Specific weatherstripping for 2002 Blue Bird Emergency Window?

We’ve been chasing down the last of our leaks on the first side of the buses window reinstall. My neighbor dropped by and said he thought I hadn’t moved position in three days... We saw a thread that said 3/8 peel and stick weatherstripping, but, there’s lots of different kind of weatherstripping and we want to be sure we use the right stuff. The water gathers in the gutter of the weatherstripping right now, fills up, then drips over the interior seal edge and down into the window well. Is there a quick fix, or, should we strip all the old weatherstripping out and reseal?
