thread locker, use the blue if you ever plan to be able to take it apart. Nylock nuts would be fine as well or use both for added piece of mind. Click image for larger version

We’ve been on the road for a month and are currently surviving the heat wave in the northeast. We found a cheap window AC that does a decent job of cooling this small space and *just* fits in the window. It uses a little over 400 watts on max cool. We have the cab blocked off with curtains, reflectix in all the windows and over the max air fan casing and we are managing to stay decently cool. The heat index value is near 100 where we are with humidity at 98%, so I’m going to call this a win.
