Thoughts on this bus? 2003 Ford e350 7.3L Diesel

Hey there,
I am wondering if I should purchase this 20 foot bus for a conversion. It is a 2003 Ford e350 7.3L diesel with 188,000k for 11,000$ CAD. Automatic.
Barely any rust anywhere.
It was used as a delivery truck.

Has..
- new Fuel Injectors
- New Brakes
- New Tires
- 2 new Batteries

Seems like a good deal to me, right?

That's $9000 in freedom money. The bus might be solid, but that's not really a good deal.

I agree it is on the high side but not really bad if indeed you have new tires and new brakes( disk/ drums/ shoes / pads) brake line to rear often rots out.

Injectors are new and they also did glowplugs and under cover harness.

Is this a school bus or shuttle?
Shuttles are more complicated because it is difficult to check for structural integrity of the honey comb.
If it is a real schoolbus the what brand?

For my 1997 e350 with 140000 miles I paid $3700 4 years ago.. it had a large rust hole under the rivers seat..the heat did not work..all other things as good but not new either.

To properly replace all that will cost a lot in labor.
If you are a diy person then it is to high.

The small busses are more expensive relative to size because they are more versatile relative to parking. Driveability and cost of maintenance.

Assuming all the work is done professionally with new parts..( receipts) the try to get it down 2500 -3000.

It is indeed a shuttle bus. I'll have a good look to see what I can find around the bus..... hopefully holes aren't too hard to find.

Just an FYI it is 11,000 Canadian dollars -
It's really tough to buy a cheap bus up here in Canada!
I'll try to get them down some $$.
