Your max tire pressure should be labeled on the side of the tire, as well as the load rating, which may be coded, and you would have to look that up.
I prefer a firmer ride, so I generally run my tires fairly close to max pressure, which also can improve your mileage economy marginally (1-3% or so), but if you want a softer ride, you can let some air out at the cost of mileage/economy.
Otherwise, there should be a chassis manufacturer sticker (from ford, probably on a door, if you have one, otherwise it should be somewhere on that side of the cab that talks about GVWR/GCVW, and should have a line regarding tire expectations.
