Walls and ceiling advice needed

2001 Chevy Express shuttle bus owner here👋🏻

I’ve officially completed insulating and installing my new floor. Now it’s time for me to tackle the walls and the ceiling and I’m clueless on how to start. Most conversion videos on the subject are made with metal buses and not my fiberglass shell. I can’t figure out where to screw in my pieces and how to arrange things. I’ll attach some pictures below of what I’m working with. If anyone could give me some advice on what I should be doing or looking for and what my game plan should be, it would be much appreciated. Even a link to any videos explaining things would be awesome.

I plan on insulating and covering the walls and ceiling too so if you could explain what steps I should take, what supplies, and how I should place each then you’d really be saving me. Thank you for your help as always
