What is this “fuse” thing on the floor?

Newbie to the site so I hope I do things properly.

In starting to remove the dog house and other items in the front of the bus, I encountered this thing…. Any idea what this is??? Looks kind of like it could be two large fuses, but I have no idea.

It is in a 2011 Thomas Short Bus.

Thank you in advance, Scott

I worked on an older Thomas RE and it had two of those, one for the body and one for the chassis. Don't know if yours would be the same.

Thank you for the response.

Any chance you know what those circuit breakers are controlling? Is it the wheelchair lift and open door mechanics perhaps?

Best thing you can do is to call a Thomas bus dealer, give them the VIN number and ask for a wiring diagram for the circuit in question..
