Dayton wheels are a pain. You can’t change much! Wider tires need different spacer. You can’t do what you want without a mountain of work! Lowering bus will reduce gear ratio waaaay too much. Forget the garage. Easier to cut the door bigger!

or cut 6" deep grooves/channels for the wheels in the floor. lol....

Timohara, why do you want to park it in the garage? Ro work on it or store it? That seems to be the real problem.
