Who made my bus?

I know this sounds like a ridiculous question but, how can I tell who made my bus?
It is a 1999 shorty cutaway on a ford. There is a W on a plate on the outside and the same W on the id plate inside. But who is the W? i cannot figure it out for the life of me.

Is there a tag or label in the driver's door jam? Usually the body company puts one there with the GVWR

It is a World Trans Inc. bus. Apparently they were a subsidiary of Collins Bus Corporation.

sounds right... wayne was gone by then. the cutaway version was mid-bus which didnt use a W

Ah, I missed seeing the year of your bus. Yeah, Wayne was gone by '95. Good to see it's ID'ed at least.
