Aux fuel pump?

I installed a 60 gal fuel tank just to the rear of the factory set up on my international 1988 dt360, what type of pusher pump should I by? do I really need to heat the oil in the tank during the summer weather only, I have installed a aux factory filter before the gate valves along with a home made coolant heater going both ways in the tank lines , I noticed a lack of coolant flowing at idle, is there a pump i could use to help move it along at idle?

Check the temp not the flow at idle, does the lines temp drop if so how much? I dont see it taking that many BTU's to heat what your heating.
