Suggestions - 50lb propane tank

Hi All,

The previous owner of my bus placed the tank on the inside. rear-right corner of the bus.

Was wondering if this was safe if paired with a monoxide detector.

Any suggestions? Is this safe?

OK, to the drawing board!

Any other input or recommendations appreciated on mounting hardware and/or tanks. I have not measured diameter yet as its planted in another town at the moment.

Plans are to run a stove, heater(rarely), maybe a fridge, and lastly a propane shower meant for outdoor use that I plan on setting up so the shower vents out the window.

Propane tanks need to be outside of the living area and in a vented enclosure.

Inside the bus you need a propane detector and a CO monitor.

Yes better underneath outside.

But you can just fully enclose the bottle

so its space is airtight wrt the living space, and vented out the bottom to the outside.

With that many gas appliances I would put a large tank in underneath. I have a 29.3 gallon tank for sale here, brand new. I mounted it under the right rear corner of the bus. Bus is gonna be sitting in Beckley, WVA in about 3 weeks or so.
