WVO in Cummins ISB-07??

Question: I'm finally going to make the move and convert a school bus. There is an Arizona, '88 flat nose, All-American Bluebird with about 200K miles on it in very good condition that is close to me---and, for an affordable price. It's already partialy converted (interior). My question is whether or not its Cummins ISB-07 engine is compatable with WVO? Unfortunately, it does not have belly storage bins.

I appreciate all comments related to this bus (pros/cons).

Thanks.
Jim
