1995 Eagle Coach Spare tire access

I took the eagle off of the bumper and I can see the spare hiding back in there. I just have no clue how to access it. There is a lever valve for the front bumper, however, the air line has been removed. I put it back. When I flipped the lever air hissed under the front somewhere, as if the actuator at the other end was disconnected or even missing.

I would imagine there is a manual release for such a situation but I can't seem to located it.

I think Eagles were built on a Prevost chassis, and if so, you might be able to find instructions on the Prevost manual from the year of your chassis.

Nope. The Eagles are a beast all their own. Ordered a user manual. Hope it is in there.
