Talking Every Penney

Hi all,

Well it happened. I have wanted a bus since I was a teenager. Today I bought my first bus.

1995 MCI 102D3 motor coach. 40 foot length, with restroom 55 passenger. Detroit Diesel Series 60 12.7 Liter, 6 cylinder, B600 Allison automatic transmission. Approximately 300,000 miles.

I was 17 when I realized the freedom my grandparents had, living a life full time in their (second) coach conversion. 25 years on the road chasing bluegrass festivals for them, meeting people, and exploring.

Their bus was named "Every Penney".. someday I will come up with something to pay homage to that for mine.. but for now, this forum will be named just that, and I will try my best to document my conversion!

Welcome and a very nice bus. Along with this site be sure to check out these as well:
https://www.busconversionmagazine.com/forum/

https://busgreasemonkey.com/.

Since you've got a "big boy" bus both those sites will be immensibly helpful.
