What this ^ kid siad. Balls of diamond. To hell with brass and steel. Never been out on any of the "dry" lakes like that but a 20k lb bus just ain't going to happen even with the toad Jeep. I'd be nervous in the Jeep but then with east coast mud, the Wrangler would be up to the roll bars with anything looking like that.

That's all fine and dandy so long as you aren't by yourself and it's 50 miles home.

If you did like the Fed it wouldn't matter.

Oddly enough, the govt sells tires in lots of a million pounds, so secondary market is stocked.

Fuel consumption on one of those beasts could run into a bunch of shekels.

12,000 lb anchors can be hard to come by. A 4" scrub oak ain't going to work. Might for 3k but not 12k.

Actually, that prime mover is designed to haul Abrams Tanks and the crew in the deserts of Hell. If anything, it has too much A/C.
For you, CK- the condenser coil from one:

Oh I know. Mine is only 20k. He's got those extra tag wheels but that doesn't make up for the doubling of weight. With my footprint there's no chance in hell I'd have tried that being an east coast and mud boy. His bus would be pure suicide.

I'm not sure about that but I know for certain that he who works his tail off the first half of his life to build a career and business loses his wife and kids.
