1999 International 3800 DT466E Coolant Change Procedure
When I purchased my bus the coolant was of an unknown age so I've decided to drain and refill. Its fairly easy to drain the radiator but I was underneath the engine the other day and I couldn't find any block drains.
Do you guys know if the DT466E has block drain plugs or is the radiator the best I can do for a drain and refill without professional flushing equipment?
