2009 dt466 IC RE300

Newbie here....anyone know where I can get a service manual for this bus? I see everything else on the net except this one.

Your thread indicates DT466, but a 2009 model. Is the engine paint blue, or black?

2009 DT466 is a Maxxforce DT but many still called it a DT466 ..im tryimng to think but I BELIEVE in 09 it was still HEUI and went compound turbo and common rail in '10. when it really statrted to deviate from being more DT466 into more 'Maxxforce'..



my year may be off. but i thought 2010 was the changeover year..

Yes, the engine is a dt466 maxxforce. Black, I believe. My dmv title reads 2009 but the id plate on the interior shows the manufacture date as 3/31/08. I used wiki to decode the vin. 4DRBWAAR39######. I have one air intake on the drivers side over the engine, radiator only on the passenger side.
