Hello and good day fellow school bus owners,
New here to this wonderful website and need some much needed mechanical/technical help and advice. Hope I am at the right place, please redirect me if necessary.
We are the owners of a 1989 Chevy Blue Bird bus ( as blue as the one in the picture at the top of the website, just with 6 windows) and have started renovations. Seats are out and now have ripped out the old heater, which the tube runs into the console to the left of the driver seat, where the radio/lights etc are. It's filled with tubes and wires and we are not sure what we definitely have to keep for the bus to keep running and what we take out.
I have searched the web for some sort of blueprint of the bus, but was unsuccessful in the endeavor (very new to the skoolie conversion community and not very technically inclined unfortunately ;) ). So, main question... does anybody know more about this specific area of this specific bus and what cables/tubes we have to keep and/or know where we could find more information about it.
Hope this is the right place
Thanks in advance
