Can a bus drive without an unloader valve?

Hi i am looking at a bus that i really want at an auction and it has everything i want with low miles but the only thing is it does say that the unloader valve is missing on the brakes. does anyone know if i were to buy it could i drive it a couple hundred miles home without it or is it an important piece? if it wont you all think it would be an easy fix that when i get there i can put it in and roll? I appreciate all yalls help!

the iunloader valve is very important.. if its truly the unloader it is an integral part of the head of the compressor.. without it the compressor wont pump up air pressure..

if it is the park brake valve. then the spring brakes wont be released as it wont be able to direct air pressure into the park brake circuit..

I would not drive any bus even 200 feet that was missing a brake part..

very important piece and probably wont move without it.
but why was the bus parked in the first place?
why was it decided to be the donor vehicle for just an unloader valve?
that is easy to change but very important.
i say other issues is why its parked and they used it for parts.
