Chevy Express 4500 Short Bus Battery Problems

Hello!! I am new to this space so please excuse me if I'm posting in the wrong place.

I recently got a fully converted Chevy Express 4500 and now it wont start. Ran diagnostics (which came back with nothin) and tried to jump it to no avail. I'm almost positive the battery is dead, or that a glow plug needs to be replaced. My issue is I can't for the life of me figure out where the second battery is located and I don't have the user manual.

Does anyone have any idea where it might be? I don't want to buy a new battery to replace the one in the hood and then just have another defunct battery bleed it dry.

Thanks!

My second battery is under the bus, drivers side in the area of the drivers door.

If the engine is turning over it's not a battery issue.

Unless you hear it struggling.

Glow plug issues start when the engine is turning, it's very cold and it won't start.

If the engine doesn't turn over it is a battery issue and not a glow plug issue.
