EGR, Exhaust filters?

I own a 2007 Thomas 310ts c2. Does anyone know how hard would it be to physically remove the EGR, any Exhaust filters, and anything else that i could safely remove to gain more power? I will be getting the computer flashed so there won't be any codes. The guy flashing the ECM does all of our Semi trucks. Thank you in advance

It isn't hard.

No need to remove the egr valve or coolers, just leave them in place, they're not in the way and won't cause trouble unless activated.

To remove the catalyst and particulate filter, you just use a saw and cut the pipe right before and after them. Then you get a pipe of the correct length and diameter and install it in place of the item you removed. Some folks will put a muffler in place of the pipe to keep it quiet, because the emissions devices will act as a sort of muffler.

The mechanical aspect is easy, it's usually the electronic aspect that requires special know how.
