Electrical Issue 2001 Thomas Freightliner

Help!
My dash lights, headlights and tail lights all just came on suddenly. I have been parked in the same spot for a month and suddenly lights all come on with bus not running. I turned the light switch on and off and they will not turn off! Anyone experienced this?

I had a similar issue in a car several years ago. It turned out to be the headlight switch failed.

x2 on headlight switch. Had that problem many a time in the old style GM “pull knob” switches
