Gremlins in a Novabus

So Iíve picked up my very first bus to build out as the ULTIMATE TAILGATOR </echo> and the battery indicator on the dash is randomly fluctuating between 22V and 28V. The 12v side remains spot on at 13.6V. The 24V side averages at 26V. I havenít had time to dig deeper into this but just starting out the plan is to find a multimeter to check the alternator. Iíve tried to get help with this but the truck shops wonít touch a Novabus or bus in general.
Does anyone have recommendations for where to dig around or a mechanic in Metro Atlanta??
