When looking for leaks in hydraulic hoses I clean them up with non chlorinated brake clean and then put pressure to the hose and look for the leak.
If it is leaking out the threads or the swivel of the fitting and it is JIC it may just need to be tightened a little being carefull not to over tighten. If it still leaks take the fitting apart and check for corrosion, dirt or cracking in the sealing area. JIC fitting are metal to metal so any rust or dirt could causes a leak. If damaged it could be either the hose side or the hydraulic motor side fitting.
If it turns out to be the hose side that is damaged you can take the hose to a industrial / hydraulic supply shop and have a new hose made.
If it's an o ring fitting it should be an easy fix.

PS
Your fan looks clean enough to eat off of.
