Intermittent instrument cluster malfunctions

Good evening everyone. My newly purchased Thomas e350 bus' instrument cluster is acting up. Sometimes it is completely normal and other times it acts goofy. The odometer won't always display correctly (the numbers are all jumbled) but if I push the stick to switch between odometer and tripometer it functions. Also, even when completely full, the fuel gauge only shows 3/4. Most recently the battery was showing over charged, but when I would turn the bus off, instead of bottoming out, it would go down to the halfway point. Then this afternoon, the parking brake warning light came on even though the parking brake was not engaged. Hoping for a simplr fix such as a loose connection or fuse but if the cluster needs to be replaced, I'd appreciate recommendations as to where to get one. Any insight is appreciated.
