Engine: MBE900 7.2L
Mbe900 7.2l

Recently purchased a 2007 Thomas Rear engine bus. Ran and drove fine back to the shop where i work at. 134k Miles, Potential leak in radiator is the only major thing the seller said he knew about. Was mainly wondering about upkeep and potential problems associated with these and if they have been known to be problematic or not.

They are great engines and, if you email me at ross@dropanfbomb.com, I will send you a digital copy of the MBE900 troubleshooting and repair manual. The downside is that finding a shop that will (can) work on them is sometimes challenging, so I'd see what you can find in your area. We have a local Freightliner factory service center, but they won't work on the Mercedes engine in a Freightliner bus. Finding local service options here in Flagstaff AZ has been tough.
