Oil Bath Wheel Hubs

Hi all! I have a 2001 Bluebird 3800-T44e. I noticed what appeared to be oil leaking from the front drivers wheel hub. My first introduction to oil bath hubs!I've got a new seal ordered, but how can I find the rubber stopper? Also, could this be a sign of more extensive damage? Maybe new bearings are in order? Help a noob out.

I would pull the plug and clean it if the vent is clogged it will build pressure and push oil out but by the looks of it it probably would not hurt to pull the whole cap off and change the oil

I just did mine. they don't hold much. A quart jug will do both sides. At least on my fs65 it will.
I'm a bit ocd so I actually drained and filled mine twice.

Check the dealer for the rubber stops. Rubber seals and such are usually quite cheap at the parts counter.
