Please help gauges freeze off and on.

1999 international t444e blue bird. My gauges work sometimes and sometimes not. Anybody have input on how to fix this problem. If I stop and turn it off and turn it back on they work. But when I start driving they stop working or soon after stop.

Check the electrical grounds for the cluster, and I seem to remember somebody saying something about this particular cluster being prone to vibrating the solder connections loose... So you might do a visual inspection of any solder joints on the back of your gauge cluster.
