Saddle tanks

I'm curious who here on the forum has saddle tanks and what were there pain points when installing. I would like to install some on mine only for the sole purpose of fueling at the cheapest place when i am travelling and also to not have to fuel twice a day.

I would like to get a fairly good overview on how guys have done this and what they would suggest before i jump in and start on this upgrade of fuel capacity.

Thx for any input in advance.
