Surge Tank Fittings

Howdy yall,

I'm hoping someone can guide me to the right parts I need to buy to get this back to how it should be.

The surge tank on my 2001 Bluebird TC2000 TC3904-4100 with the 24v 5.9 cummins in it. I had the motor replaced but the mechanic broke the tank. When I order the replacement it didn't come with the connections for all the hoses. In their place are threaded openings.

Thanks in advance!

Tank part #1010087 and there are metal replacements available also (for when that one develops a leak). The hole beside your hand is for a sight glass. The center is for a straight barbed fitting for a pre-formed u-shaped hose attaching to the rad. The two side-by-side in the top pick are 45 degree barbs and the single which will be on the bottom, is for the low coolant sensor. Don't know the thread size but I'm sure you will figure that out.
