Unhappy Suspension/Rear Leaf Spring Issue 1999 BlueBird TC-200

I am looking for help with finding a part for my school bus to RV conversion, or for a information on if it is fixable by welding. Attached you will find pictures of the suspension part that is broken. I have circled the broken piece when necessary. It is L shaped and extends for about 3-4 more inches into the page/into the mount in the pictures. In one of the pictures the tab bent down is the end of the leaf spring coming through the mount, I have also attached an image of what the spring looks extending out of the back. The roller which one end of the spring can sit on is just underneath the bend but not touching currently. Thanks for your time and I hope we can identify the fix for this part! There is no visible part number that I could find, and I believe the crack is to bad to weld? I'm not an expert welder so I am not sure though.

I have sent an email to Bus Parts - A-Z Bus Sales Inc. because they are the blue-bird distributor for California and hopefully they have the part, but if they do do i just need a big jack to lift under the frame in the rear until the suspension has no weight on it and I can just unbolt those two and swap it out?

Aloha,
Kai
