Tc2000 ABS Valve

I’m in the process of buying a 1997 Blue Bird TC 2000 Shorty. The shop that’s doing the DOD inspection for me just called and said the rear brakes are rusty and need to be replaced ($300-400) and the “ABS Valve” needs to be replaced, but they can’t find one. Can anyone help me find a part number and a source I could look into? Thanks!

What are they saying an "ABS" valve is??? Does the bus have antilock brakes? If so is the ABS light on? Make 'em give a better report before you do anything.
